The Desert Child

14-year-old Sun has written and successfully published a story her late grandfather used to tell her: the incredible tale of Hadara, a wild child who was saved by a group of ostriches when he was separated from his family in a storm, then raised in the desert amid a host of wild animals, including his best friend, an adorable desert fox.
