🔸Want to go to the movies this weekend or next week, but there are only a few shows on sale?
The cinema program is compiled every 7 days. We release the new schedule every Wednesday, and it is valid from Friday to Thursday. Special screenings and tickets for seniors' cinema mornings are on sale in advance.
🔸Bought a ticket but can't come to the movie?
You can exchange your ticket at the cinema café until the start of the screening to which the ticket was purchased.
🔸Bought a ticket but can't find it in your e-mails or have not received the ticket on your e-mail?
Log in to your Artichoke club account on www.kino.ee and see the "MY TICKETS" section.
🔸Your screening was interrupted or postponed due to an unexpected situation at Artis or Solaris?
Write to info@kino.ee and we provide free tickets to a new screening.
🔸We do not buy back, exchange or renew purchased gift tickets. Thank you for your understanding!
🔸Can I cancel a confirmed private event at the last minute?
In the event of cancellation of a specially ordered private screening or event later than the Tuesday preceding the event, a cancellation fee of €50 + VAT per each booked hour will apply. From this date onward, the cinema schedule and screenings for the week are considered finalized, and the reserved time slot for the private event may no longer be replaceable.
For example, if a 2.5-hour private event is cancelled two days before the scheduled date, the cancellation fee will be €125 + VAT.
The cancellation fee will be issued by invoice. In the event of non-payment, the claim will be forwarded for debt collection.
