Men don't dance" – that's the lifelong motto of tough weightlifting coach Arsen. But now, he must not only take over a local dance class, but also drag his hardcore weightlifters onto the dance floor with him.
Ever since childhood, Arsen has lived by one strict rule: "Real men don't dance". He has instilled this exact same belief in his weightlifting students, and is currently prepping his most talented protégé, Sashko, for the Olympics.
But when the choreographer of the local art school ends up in the hospital after a dispute with Arsen, Arsen is made the scapegoat. To prevent the director from shutting down the weightlifting section, Arsen is forced to face his worst nightmare: head the dance class himself and drag his weightlifters into it. And so, three guys who know exactly how to deadlift a hundred kilos, but have no idea how to avoid stepping on a partner's toes, suddenly show up in the dance studio.
However, athletes don't back down from a challenge. Unexpectedly, Sashko shows the greatest dedication: he falls in love with Milana, the lead dancer, and is now ready to rehearse around the clock. The rest of the guys are also more than happy to run to rehearsals with the girls. Arsen is left completely baffled, no longer understanding what he is actually training his team for: the Olympics, a dance championship, or dates with dancers?
